Flat croissant Gourmand Pastries

Ingredients:

  • Straight Croissant by Gourmand Pastries
  • Parchment paper
  • Two baking trays or one tray and a flat weight
  • Optional toppings: chocolate sauce, sugar pearls, chocolate flakes, marshmallows, nuts, etc.

Preparation:

  1. Let the croissants thaw at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 356°F.
  3. Place the croissants between two sheets of parchment paper and flatten them between two trays. Add weight on top.
  4. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let cool for 30 minutes on a wire rack.
  6. Decorate however you like! Dip them in warm chocolate sauce or top with sugar pearls, marshmallows, or chopped nuts.Let your creativity run wild!
