‘Valentine’ Crown

Delicious treat for Valentine’s Day


  • Danish crown with pastry cream 100g
  • icing
  • optional: food colouring
  • decoration: pink and white heart-shaped sprinkles


  • Put the royal icing ingredients together (egg white/icing sugar and lemon drops) and whisk them together until you get a fairly stiff consistency.
    You can also colour it with food colouring if you wish. Using a paper tip bag, draw a heart on the top of the pastries.


Decorate with pink and white heart-shaped sprinkles.
